We have a fleet of 2025/26 Raymon HardRay E-Bikes—high-quality, German-engineered bikes featuring front suspension, disc brakes and a durable Yamaha motor with a 500Wh battery, delivering up to 6 hours of riding time.
Guests staying at Hotel Christiania and Tetras Lodge can try our e-bikes free of charge. At our other properties, e-bikes are available to rent for a half or full day.
Two complimentary half-day sessions are included. Additional half-days from £29.

E-bikes are available in all resorts from our hotel workshops. Chalet guests can pre-book and collect from the nearest hotel. Bikes come fully charged with a charger and special E-bike route cards for you to follow.

Our E-bikes are available in all resorts, based at our main hotel workshops. Chalet guests can pre-book a hire package and pick up their bike from our nearest hotel when they arrive.
Due to availability, we allow you to pre-book 1-2-day rental packages for Morzine and 1-day rentals for Tignes and Les Gets. You can book more in the resort when you arrive.
Pre-book using your Client Area or by contacting our team before you travel as our stock of E-bikes is limited.
In each of our main hotels we have a fully kitted bike-workshop and trained bike mechanics to keep our hire bikes rolling. If you notice a fault with your Pro bike or E-bike, then simply take the bike back to the rental supplier in the resort and they will be able to help.
