Our catered chalets are beautiful alpine homes. They can be shared or booked privately (with group free spaces) and they’re hosted by warm and welcoming staff for alpine-loving Brits in summer.
After a fun-filled, action-packed day on the mountain, we don’t think that there’s anything better than to come back to your own home-from-home and the mouth-watering aroma of freshly made cake, or the promise of a delicious three-course meal ahead.
If you are booking a chalet privately next summer for a group of 8 or more, you can qualify for free spaces. Our larger chalets (14-16 beds) offer up to 4 free spaces; and smaller chalets (8-12 beds) offer 1-2 free spaces - making it very attractive for families and friends to get together and book as a group.

All early booking chalet guests receive our popular ‘Reserve a Bike’ upgrade, worth £89. Your reserved bike is yours for the entire week, allowing you to keep it at your chalet and head out whenever you like. There's no need to visit one of our hotels each morning to collect a bike, giving you complete freedom to explore the mountains and resort at your own pace.
Every holiday includes a free Active Pack for each guest, featuring a lift pass and a selection of activities such as whitewater rafting, paddleboarding, kayaking and the amazing Cascades Adventure Park (rated #1 activity for 2025).
Some guests add extra activities, but most find there's more than enough included to fill their week – all at no extra cost.
All our chalets come with a host to look after you. You’ll enjoy a hearty breakfast each morning, cakes or biscuits for afternoon tea; and in the evenings, a delicious three-course menu accompanied by free-flowing wines until dessert. Hungry yet? Thought so!
As a chalet guest, you’ll still get access to our Kids Clubs which are based at our main hotels. You’ll have to drop off (and pick up!) your little darlings each day but included with our chalets is the standard 5 days of club: 4 half day sessions and 1 Family Fun Day plus an evening Film & popcorn night.

Our Active Team, of fun, energetic and creative individuals, are there to ensure you make the most out of your time in the Alps. They help book activities, offer an itinerary for a great day out, ensuring you miss out on nothing!
We offer low-cost transfers to and from Geneva airport - straight to the door of your chalet. This leaves you free to book your own flights from your favourite UK airport and make use of budget airline savings - safe in the knowledge that we’ll do the rest.
If you’re not afraid of doing your own cooking and you like the idea of your own private mountain retreat with some free activities to get you started, then you’ll love our 8 bed chalet Marilyn in Tignes. We’ll supply a free resort Multi Pass and a lift pass and help you book extra activities if you need them.
Our hotels are run much like our chalets - with a big warm welcome from our friendly British staff. They’re also stacked with the latest free-to-use bikes, sports equipment, Kids Clubs and spa facilities. We also run social excursions, day trips and organised walks, hikes, bike rides and family activity days…and our chalet guests can join in too.
