Whether you are looking for your first seasonal job or you're returning for another season, there are a wide variety of seasonal positions with Alpine Elements.  From Management and Guest Service, to Catering positions as a Chef or Chalet Host. We operate Chalets and Hotels in fantastic resorts with teams of all sizes.

Resort and Chalet Manager

Location: French Alps – Summer 2020 and Winter 2019/20. Austrian Alps – Winter 2019/20.

Duration: (Winter – November to April) (Summer- May/June to September)

In these roles, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Tour Operations and Chalet properties within your resort. 

You will deliver training, supervision and performance management to all chalet staff, preparing chalet accounts, negotiating with local suppliers, maintaining a strong relationship with Chalet / Property owners as well as ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and health & safety. 

You will ensure our Guests have a great holiday whilst ensuring staff maintain high standards in a fun and rewarding environment.

 

Hotel Manager

Location: French Alps – Summer 2020 and Winter 2019/20. 

Duration: (Winter – November to April) (Summer- May/June to September)

As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your hotel and its staff, exceeding guest’s expectations at all times.

You have commercial accountability for budgeting and financial management, planning, organising and directing all hotel services, including front-of-house, catering operations, and housekeeping.

Our Hotel Managers must also pay attention to the details, setting the example for staff to deliver a high standard of service and presentation whilst working in a rewarding environment.

 

Chef (All Levels)

Location: French Alps – Summer 2020 and Winter 2019/20. 

Duration: (Winter – November to April) (Summer- May/June to September)

In these roles, you will be responsible for keeping our guests, after a hard day of skiing or activities. 

Whether managing a kitchen or form an important part of the brigade, we look for skilled chefs who are passionate about food and delivery of service.   

If you want to work with fresh ingredients, sourced locally whilst providing good hearty meals to guests and staff alike, you should be getting in touch.

Childcare (Active Club)

Location: French Alps – Summer 2020

Duration: Summer- May/June to September

In these roles, you will be responsible for ensuring our young guests have a summer they will never forget. 

Whether managing a team or being one of our Active Club Leaders, we look for you to ensure all activities and kids club are run smoothly, helping our parents have the well-deserved break they are looking for.

If you live to work with children, being active and love the mountains. This role is for you.
