Our ‘On The Snow’ Service

Fast tracking you to the slopes!

If you book your ski or board hire, lift passes and lessons with us, then not only will you benefit from our offers, but you can also receive our ‘On the Snow’ service. Our aim is to give you help and assistance in resort in order to make your life easier and get you on the snow faster! It only works if you book lift passes with us, or your ski and board lessons using our specially selected third party, partner suppliers.

Lift pass: 

We will collect your lift pass and deliver it straight to you. It will normally be in your chalet or hotel for your arrival. We will also help with lost/stolen* and other general lift pass queries throughout your week. More on Lift pass & Prices.

Ski and Board Lessons: 

We will help you book lessons directly with our ‘tried and tested’ suppliers. This way, we can help you get started in the resort, because even finding your ski school meeting point on the first morning can be daunting! We also help to assure the quality of lessons is as good as it can be, by using our trusted suppliers with whom we have long standing relations. More on Lessons.

Ski / Board hire: 

You can book your skis and snowboards using our ski shop aggregator, Alpin Resorts. All bookings and payments are handled directly by Alpin Resorts. Their App will allow you to search almost all the ski & board hire shops available in the resort, so you can find the cheapest hire or the best suited shop for your needs. Alpin Resorts App.

Alpine Elements Virtual Reps

Our On the Snow service is managed by your Alpine Elements Virtual Rep: an office-based rep that you can call or email with any queries you may have. We feel this works better than having a ‘rep-in-person’ as an office-based rep can give you more support and quicker results.

*Lost or stolen passes cannot always be replaced, the individual Lift Pass Office terms will always apply.
