Our caring team of British staff are highly-motivated people chosen for their energetic natures. They have mountain air in their blood and we give them the training they need to make sure you have a brilliant time! Our senior team has a wealth of knowledge and some of us have been with the Company for more than 27 years. Between us, we have hundreds of seasons’ experience - so we reckon we know a thing or two about what makes a ski holiday GREAT!
Our chalet holidays are powered by our British staff, employed for their fun-loving nature, plus their energy and drive to welcome our British guests. Our chalets are exclusive to us and if you’ve ever stayed with us before, you’ll know that our hosts love to get praise from happy, well-fed guests at the end of each week.
We hand-pick our hosts for their fun-loving, but driven attitude. Then we train them extensively before each season to make sure they deliver the cooking you love, whilst taking care of you in any way that they can so you have a smooth and unforgettable week away.
We pick our chefs for their professionalism and suitability to our industry. They are true foodies at heart and put a lot of thought into our menus to make sure we’re keeping up with the latest food trends. We design them to keep hungry skiers happy by making sure each meal is packed with healthy, satisfying ingredients
Our exclusive ski hotels are run by our own team of (mostly British) hotel staff, for snow-loving Brits like you. You can expect a welcome as warm as the crackling log fire in the lounge; and service as smooth as a newly-waxed pair of skis! You’ll get an experience as friendly and personal as a chalet, but with the kind of facilities you want from a bigger hotel.
Our reps are on hand from the moment you arrive to the time that you leave. In fact they’ll even call you before you depart to make sure you’re ready for your week away! They will help you with our complimentary transfers, so you get safely to and from Geneva airport to the door of your chalet. They’ll help you with your skiing or snowboarding needs and deliver any pre-booked lift passes to your chalet or hotel for your arrival.
They’ll also give you help with lessons or ski hire shops booked through us and they’ll be on hand throughout the week to help with any general queries - so you can get on and enjoy your break without worrying about the admin!
Our resort and chalet managers have a big job to do and that is why they are at the top of their game. Many of our managers have been with us for years and it's their expertise and professionalism that we’ve built such a dependable business around. They will maintain a very close but unobtrusive presence in your holiday to make sure everything goes as smoothly as it should.
Our Ski Concierge team is on hand to help you plan your holiday and travel before you depart. They are a dedicated team of reps, who will contact you before you depart to enquire about your travel arrangements. They will help with special requests and booking any ski, board hire or lift passes so that you get a great price, lift passes delivered to you and have a smoother start to your week.
