We are proud to have been providing catered ski holidays for snow-loving Brits for over 26 years. iGO SKI Ltd is a British ski holiday company (licensed by ABTA) and Alpine Elements is our core brand. iGO SKI has been going since 2007 and we were originally founded in 1998. Our chalets and hotels are run exclusively by us, there’s no middle-man and so we pride ourselves on providing a warm welcome, excellent homegrown service and a great price!
Contrary to popular belief, British staff can still work in ski chalets and we enjoy employing a welcoming team of fun and energetic people - then giving them the training they need to make sure you have a great time!
You may not realise it, but most holiday companies don't run their own chalets or hotels. You’ll more often be staying in a property run by someone else. However, all our properties are run exclusively by us which is one reason so many of our customers come back each year. You get consistent service and the warmest of welcomes.
It also means you can’t buy our holidays anywhere else, so there’s no middle-man - just a great value price for you!
We employ highly-motivated people with mountain air in their blood and give them the training they need to make sure you have a brilliant time. Our team mostly comprises British staff and some of them have been with us for more than 18 years, so we reckon we know a thing or two about what makes a great ski holiday! Don’t just take our word for it though: in 2023, 98% of you rated our staff as ‘Excellent’.
We’ve a great range of chalets and hotels for 2024/25 which are run exclusively by us. All our chalets (and hotels) come with an Alpine Elements host to whizz up some scrumptious cakes and three course dinners for six nights a week (not just five nights!) so we can keep on giving you great value ski holidays.
We think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by what it costs and our sales team can point you towards chalets with free spaces!
Unlike many chalet companies, we provide Complimentary Airport Transfers to and from Geneva and straight to the door of our chalets and hotels. This will save you heaps of expense (because transfers are very costly!) and leave you free to book your own flights from your favourite UK airport, knowing that we’ll take care of the rest.
If you’ve ever stayed with us before you’ll know that our talented staff pride themselves on their top-notch food and service; and we include an evening service for 6 nights a week, and not just 5 nights like many operators!
You can relax in our chalets, safe in the knowledge that you won’t have to lift a finger to help. Sink back into the sofa, put your feet up and help scoff a scrumptious homemade cake, or enjoy some hard-earned apres, safe in the knowledge that a delicious dinner is on its way.
