Active Kids Clubs

Included with all Morzine Holidays

The Alps are suited to all ages… and we have the art of keeping young minds entertained! At Alpine Elements, we’ve spent almost two decades perfecting our Kids’ Clubs and we reckon we’ve got the formula just right:  Flexibility so you can drop in when you like and shorter, more focussed sessions so kids aren’t bored and parents get to spend time with them, too. After all, we think that a holiday to the Alps should be spent enjoying the activities with your kids and not always without them.

You’ll get four half days of club included, and a Family Fun Day at the end of the week, so families can enjoy an excursion together - before games and a mini-awards ceremony at the end - so kids can say farewell.

About our Active Kids Clubs

There’s lots to do in our Active Kids Clubs and our highly skilled team of Childcare Leaders take pride in creating a programme of fun and somewhat crazy activities which make the most of the outdoors. They will ensure your kids meet lots of new friends and learn new experiences along the way... One thing’s for sure, your children will be itching to come back for more!

Our Clubs allow parents a breather so they can perhaps discover some activities for themselves, while our Active Leaders keep your little ‘uns busy doing fun, age related activities outdoors with other children.

How they work

Our Active Kids Clubs run for five days a week. You’ll get four half day sessions, mornings or afternoons (allocated before you arrive) and a Family Fun day on your final day which is a sociable day for parents to join, often with a wacky awards ceremony at the end.

Each of your four free sessions runs for 3-4 hours, which is the perfect duration for parents to try some activities for themselves and not too long for your children - so we can MAX the fun and not overcook them!

Clubs are free, but please pre-book!

Clubs are free in Morzine and run from our main hotels. You’ll need to pre-book to secure spaces before you depart, because spaces are limited. We recommend doing this at the time of reservation.

Family Fun Days

Our ‘Family Fun Day’ is a popular end-of-the-week excursion, where we bring like minded families together from our surrounding chalets and hotels. We normally enjoy a sociable activity (or two!) or a picnic. It’s a day which allows parents to join in on the fun and for families to try an excursion together: whether it's a free one, or a more premium activity that is paid for locally. A Family Fun Day typically lasts for 3-4 hours.

We might organise a group family walk and treasure hunt, bike rides along the river, a jaunt to the luge with a picnic lunch or a trip to the lake. It’s a day of relaxed fun and often we give out Certificates and Awards at a farewell ceremony at the end

Our Active Leaders - Your Peace of Mind

Our Active Club Leaders are chosen for their friendly, kind and outgoing natures, as well for their energy and enthusiasm. They’ll take an active role in caring for and giving your child an unforgettable experience… The sort of fun-loving professionals that you can trust to look after your little ones.

All our Childcare leaders are fluent English speakers, and specially recruited to work with our British clients overseas. Their references and DBS records are meticulously checked.

Giving parents a breather!

We like to think that most parents like to spend time with their kids! Fortunately, the Alps make it easy for parents and children to bond together and share good times doing active pursuits with each other.

We also understand that parents deserve a little 'me time' to discover some activities for themselves, or just relax for a bit while our Club Leaders take over. So, our Clubs are designed to do just that: They bring children together, give them new experiences and allow them to meet new friends along the way. One thing’s for sure, they’ll be itching to come back for more!

Essential things to know

Our clubs are always in great demand and places are limited. Pre-booking is essential to guarantee a place.

You’ll need to make sure they've got sun cream (preferably applied before club) and a change of clothes. And a teddy or a favourite toy for the young ones. We will supply drinks and snacks and plenty of rest breaks along the way.

The individual clubs run subject to minimum numbers. If numbers are low then we may combine clubs to create a more enjoyable experience for your children.

Family Fun days

At the end of the week, we organise a very popular 'Family Fun Day' which allows parents to join in their kids and meet other families. It’s a sociable day out where we’ll do things like pack a picnic and head off up a gondola to the top of the mountain, or over to the lake to have a group walk, or organise in a GPS treasure hunt, perhaps a tennis tournament, ice skating or just swimming at the Aquatic centre in the sunshine.

We may even try an organised activity like the Adventure Park (tree top swings and aerial runways). It’s all about the fun and a bit of socialising with like-minded guests before the end of week Certificates and Awards ceremony where we say farewell to one another... for now.
