MeribelThe Meilleur is one of our favourite chalets! Freshly revamped for the ‘22/23 ski season, this beautifully appointed chalet has plenty of charm and a location to die for! In fact, we think it’s one of the best locations in Méribel… just 2 mins from the Morel lifts, slopes and bars… and only 5 mins from the centre of Méribel so you won’t need a shuttle bus all week!

Your home for the week
Chalet Meilleur is a lovely ski chalet for 12. It’s less than a 2 min’ walk to the ski lifts, slopes and bars of Morel and you can almost ski back to the door, (or within 100m). Méribel centre is only 5 min’ walk away for even more shops and bars.
Morel is just above Meribel centre and a quieter place to stay. It also enjoys quicker access to the best slopes and family skiing at the Altiport as you can avoid the queues. What’s more, intermediate skiers can almost ski back to the chalet.
Meilleur is a delightfully atmospheric ski chalet with lots of Alpine charm and quirky little features that we’re rather fond of. The chalet manages to tastefully blend the old and the new - with a large open fireplace, lovely wooden beams and vaulted ceilings - to create a wonderful atmosphere around the dinner table.
With an almost ski-to-door location (for intermediates) and a 2 min’ walk to the lifts and slopes for everyone else, we think the Meilleur is a hard chalet to beat. The local slopes and lifts suit all abilities offering quick access to ski school meeting points and the wider 3 Valleys, so there’s no need to take a shuttle bus all week. This is a rare thing for Méribel!

Chalet Meilleur has 6 en-suite bedrooms with beds for 14 guests, but we sell it for 12. For some dates you can get group free spaces for filling the chalet privately. The chalet is laid out over three levels with an open plan kitchen, dining room and comfy lounge with two fireplaces, Internet TV, iPOD dock, board games and Wi-Fi. Everything you need for a great week away with family and friends. Boot dryer/warmer and ski room downstairs with washing machine.
