We offer complimentary airport transfers (to and from Geneva) for all chalets & hotels during our Early Booker Period. This leaves you free to book your own flights from your favourite UK airport - knowing that we’ll take care of the rest. After our Early Booking Period has ended, transfers will be chargeable.
Complimentary airport transfers are provided with all our catered accommodation. They are a ‘minor’ item and do not constitute a package.
Our chalets and hotels are run by us, for our British guests. We are not an agent selling other people’s property, so everything is done by us and our brilliant team of staff. Your property will be fully deep cleaned, bedrooms made-up, (of course!), hot tub water replenished, the log-fire lit and afternoon tea with a Bubbly reception waiting for you at check-in time.

If you’ve ever stayed with us before you’ll know that our talented hosts and hotel staff pride themselves on cooking top-notch food and providing a personal level of service. All of our chalets and hotels are run by us and we’ll guarantee a warm welcome for our British guests.
Each morning you’ll enjoy a hearty breakfast to set you up for the day with mouth-watering continental options. For three mornings a week, as well as a continental spread, your host will treat you to a cooked breakfast with things like bacon, eggs, sausages & beans… as close to a Full English as we can make it!
Our staff have one full day and two mornings off, so for three other mornings a week, breakfast is laid out for you to ‘self serve’. On your departure morning, breakfast is continental and staff are present to see you off.
Nothing beats a freshly-baked cake and afternoon tea when you get back in from the slopes, which you’ll be able to tuck into on six days of your stay. Each of our chalets has its own supply of fresh coffee on tap to help you stay suitably caffeinated throughout your holiday.
In the evenings we’ll tease your taste buds with a delicious three-course menu, accompanied by free-flowing red and white wine (for chalets). All this is served on six nights of your stay, (and not just five nights like many Operators), leaving you free to explore the local restaurants on the staff's night off.
A dedicated team of reps, working from a virtual office will call you before you depart to help you plan your holiday, make sure your travel arrangements line up with our transfer coaches and help you book ski extras which we do not mark-up at all. Our ski and board hire comes with up to 25% off in-store prices; and our lift passes are sold at no more than public rates, which our resort team will deliver straight to you, for your arrival.
You can reserve your Extras now (with nothing to pay until later). Buying your lift passes from us means we deliver them straight to you; and they will be the same as public prices. We do not mark-up our prices!
If you buy your ski & board hire from us we guarantee a discounted price of up to 25% off the in-store price; and from the Skiset shop closest to your accommodation.
If you book your ski or board hire, lift passes and lessons with us, then not only will you benefit from the best prices; but you can also receive our ‘On the Snow’ service in resort, which gives you help with your lessons, lift pass and hire packs.
