A guided mountain bike ride with a professional bike guide and instructor is a sociable activity with other Alpine Elements guests and you’ll benefit from a local knowledge of suitable trails to enjoy for your ability. 

Your guide will teach you techniques such as how to use the brakes and change gears (properly!) and about weight positioning on the bike. You will learn how to ride basic off road trails in the Discovery group whilst keeping the emphasis on fun and offering a great half day out.

The Adventure group takes it up a notch and similar riding techniques will be covered before setting off on a ride suited to more experienced riders.
