Inclusive activities
The Chalet Austin is a Premium Plus chalet with the added advantage of a free bike hire upgrade (your own bike for the week) so getting around resort - is not only easy, but fun too! We’ve also put together our Free Active Packs, so that you’ve more than enough activities to sink your teeth into; and we’ve employed a team of fun, energetic and creative individuals, (our staff!), to make it all happen.
Once you’re ready to head out our Activity Teamare there to hook you up with all the fun and adventure you can handle: We’ll help you get wet by joining an organised session of Stand-up paddle boarding or Whitewater rafting; or help you join a guided walk, or bike ride. Nothing breaks the ice with your fellow guests like hurtling down a river in a Whitewater raft, right?
One of our highlights of the week is our inclusive white water rafting excursion…
We include more than enough activities to keep you busy all week, but to fill any gaps - we’ve also included some free activities like ice skating, tennis, Geocaching and even a biker’s airbag if you want to test your jumps without a hard landing.
If you’ve got children who want to blow off some steam then our inclusive Active Kids Club is located at the hotel, so you can drop your kids off and get a well-earned breather.
For holidays before June 17 there may be fewer facilities and lifts open, but still plenty to see and do.
About the Chalet
Chalet Well is your home for the week... A luxury alpine chalet which was recently renovated using antique Scandinavian wood and natural stone. It blends the old and new beautifully, with the conveniently modern rubbing shoulders with timelessly classic. The chalet enjoys an elevated position high over Morzine with superb views over the valley and up into the mountains of Avoriaz.
The dining room has a soaring vaulted cathedral ceiling and glass doors which give guests spectacular views of the valley below. Perfect for gathering together at the end of a long day and swapping stories of adventure. Outside, the hot tub bubbles away on the deck, so you can soak those weary legs as you gaze at the views of Morzine which are laid out before you.
Each bedroom has been beautifully decorated in an alpine-luxe style with antique wood and natural stone bathrooms. Many rooms offer mountain views from their balconies.
