 Quarantine-free

If your destination resort requires you to quarantine or self isolate when you get there or return back to the UK, then we will allow you to change your destination for no amendment fee, or cancel for a full refund.

 If your holiday is cancelled due to Covid

You will always get a chance to change your dates for no amendment fee or a full refund within 14 days. Read more

 If you have symptoms or have to self isolate

If you are due to go on holiday, but, within 4 weeks before departure you are diagnosed with COVID-19, or have symptoms or have been asked to self-isolate, send us your medical certificate and we will amend your booking for free*. You can also amend for free if your local UK area goes into lockdown. *EasyJet flights may carry an amendment fee.

Free Amendments

For even further peace of mind, we are offering all early bookers the opportunity to amend your dates or cancel your holiday for no cost - up until 28 days before departure, and get a full refund within 14 days

Covid Protection

If you contract Covid-19 before departure and are unable to travel then just send us your doctor’s note and you can amend your booking free of charge.

Early Booking Offers

Our best early booker offers are out NOW - so you can reserve your holiday before they end on Octover 15th (extended). And you can do so, safe in the knowledge that you may cancel your holiday - for a full refund, for any reason - under our Refund Guarantee policy.

Relaxed Payment Terms

We have relaxed our payment terms for all reservations made during September, so you won’t have to pay your final balance until just 28 days before departure. And if you are still unsure - you can cancel for a full refund - as part of our Refund Guarantee.
