Self Catered Chalets
All our chalets come catered as standard, but, you can book self-catering for a discount. Please speak to our sales team for more information on self catered discounts.
Self Catered includes:
- Beds made for your arrival
- Chalet deep cleaned to Covid standards for your arrival
- Welcome pack for your arrival (basic groceries)
- One set bed linen and one towel per person
- End of week chalet clean
- Active Team to help book activities & plan your week
- Kids Clubs 4-12 (not available 2021)
- Bike Hire all week (at hotel)
- 6 day Portes du Soleil Multipass
- 6 day Pedestrian Lift pass

Our Brilliant Staff
Our Active Team will visit the chalet on arrival and be available by phone and email to help you plan a week of adventures. Our guests find their help invaluable. They have a local knowledge of the best walks and bike rides in the area; and will organise amazing activities suited to your age, ability and taste.
Our chalet staff get heaps of praise from our guests. They are chosen for their energy and friendly natures and we know you’ll like them! They are there to cook, clean and look after you in any way that they can.
Activities
All of our holidays come with a selection of free resort activities. You can try additional activities (which cost anything from €3 to €70) and our Active Team will be on hand to help you plan your week, book any extra activities and decide on the best ones to do for your age and ability.
