How to book & terms

You can express an interest or pre-book Active Pack upgrades and ‘add-on activities’ at any time of the booking process, or with our Active Team 1 to 2 weeks before you depart, when we contact you to discuss your itinerary and give you an ‘Activity Planner’ for your week away.

Some activities require a minimum number of participants. If, for some reason, activities don’t have enough participants or become cancelled (perhaps due to weather) then we will offer an alternative activity or the option of running the activity for an added supplement to the price; or provide a refund where applicable and at our discretion.

All activities are run by 3rd party suppliers like Evolution 2 and the Tourist Office for whom we act as an agent and whose terms and conditions we can supply on request.

*For free activities where a choice is offered: the second choice will require a minimum number of participants, which is 8 for the hike, 5 for Via Ferrata. We don’t often have a problem with participant numbers.
