Your Airport transfers

We offer complimentary airport transfers for most of our hotels and chalets. This leaves you free to book your own flights from your favourite UK airport - knowing that we’ll take care of the rest. Transfers will become chargeable after our Earlybird offer ends.

Your Accommodation

Our hosts will have your chalet or hotel ready for your check-in time. We’ll welcome you with a Bubbly reception and help you settle in. In the late afternoon, cakes and tea will be served and our Active Staff will be round to give you your Free Active Pack vouchers and talk to you about your activity requirements and help you plan your week of adventure.

Your Hosts and our Active Staff

Our super friendly staff are all highly-motivated with mountain air in their blood. Our Active Staff will visit your chalet or hotel in the afternoon (after you have settled) to give you your Free Active Packs and talk to you about your activity requirements. They will help you book any extra excursions and  give you itineraries and suggestions for some great bike rides, walks and day’s out. More on Active Staff.

Delicious breakfasts

Start your day the right way with a hearty breakfast fit for a day on the mountain. Each morning you’ll enjoy a hearty breakfast with a mouth-watering continental selection and cooked options on some days.

Afternoon tea and homemade cakes

Nothing beats a freshly-baked cake and afternoon tea when you get back in from the mountains. Each of our chalets and hotels has its own coffee machine supplying fresh coffee on tap to help you stay suitably caffeinated throughout your holiday.

Your evening meal 

In the evenings we’ll tease your taste buds with a delicious three-course menu, accompanied by some lovely free-flowing wines until dessert. All this is served on six nights of your stay, leaving you free to explore the local restaurants on the staff's night off. Free wine is for chalets only.
