Your Airport transfers
We offer complimentary airport transfers for all our chalets & hotels. This leaves you free to book your own flights from your favourite UK airport - knowing that we’ll take care of the rest.

Your Accommodation
Our hosts will have your chalet or hotel ready for your check-in time. We’ll welcome you with a Bubbly reception and your lift passes or ski hire packs will be waiting for you on arrival. Your bedrooms are made, a deep clean is done and afternoon tea will be served. If you want to ski on arrival day, then we’ll sort out pre-booked passes and hire as quickly as we can!

Delicious breakfasts
Start your day the right way with a breakfast fit for a (snow) king or queen. Each morning you’ll enjoy a hearty breakfast with a mouth-watering continental selection each day and cooked options on some days.
Cakes & afternoon tea
Nothing beats a freshly-baked cake and afternoon tea when you get back in from the slopes, which you’ll be able to tuck into on six days of your stay. Each of our chalets has its own supply of fresh coffee on tap to help you stay suitably caffeinated throughout your holiday.
Your evening meal
In the evenings we’ll tease your taste buds with a delicious 3 course menu (5 course for Alpine Plus), accompanied by some lovely free-flowing wines until dessert. All this is served on six nights of your stay, leaving you free to explore the local restaurants on the staff's night off. Free wine is for chalets only.
