Our ‘On the Snow’ Service
When you buy Ski Extras with us, we can provide our On the Snow service which gives you help and assistance in resort and hopefully gets you on the snow faster!
- Lift pass:
We deliver lift passes straight to your chalet or hotel when you arrive. We will also help with lost/stolen* and other general lift pass queries throughout your week. - Ski / Board hire:
Book your skis and boards through us, with Skiset at cheaper than public prices. We’ll make sure it’s to the Skiset shop closest to your accommodation so you don't have to traipse around resort looking for your hire shop. - Ski and Board Lessons:
We will help you to book lessons directly with our ‘tried and tested’ ski and board schools. We know where they meet and how they operate which can be a great help, because even finding your ski school meeting point on the first morning can be daunting! We also help to assure the quality of lessons is as good as it can be, by using trusted suppliers with whom we have a long relationship.
*Lost or stolen passes cannot always be replaced. The Lift Pass Office terms will apply.
