Flexible travel for you
Free Airport Transfers (or low cost)
We offer complimentary airport transfers (to and from Geneva) for all ski holidays starting December during our Early Booker Period for 2025. Transfers for the 24/25 season now have a small charge since our Early Booker Period for 2024 ended. Our transfer service runs at set times and leaves you free to book your own flights from your favourite UK airport - knowing that we’ll take care of the rest.
Self Drive & Save
For reasons of cost, flexibility and the fact that driving to the Alps is so much easier nowadays; many guests are choosing to self-drive to our resorts which can be done in around 8 hours from Calais. Either book a ferry or Eurotunnel (which is our favourite) because trains run all the time and take just over 30 mins to get to France, and if you miss your train - there is often more flexibility to bump you onto the next one!
We like the fact that you can drive straight from your home to the door of your chalet for a lot less cost than flying, even if there are just two of you. Self drives allow you to take as much luggage as you like and enjoy a more flexible travel plan - so you can even cram in an extra half day’s skiing! All of our properties have free parking or paid-for-parking close by. See self drive comparison between flying & driving.
Fly & save from your favourite airport
We don't sell holiday packages with restrictive charter flights anymore. Instead, we offer complimentary airport transfers (or low cost transfers) to and from Geneva airport, so you can book your own flights from your favourite home airport using budget airlines to keep your costs down.
We don’t ask you to commit to that 6am Gatwick charter flight, as you might with many package operators. With us, you can choose where you want to fly from - and be in complete control of your own travel agenda - whilst making savings with budget airlines in the bargain!
A more sustainable way to travel
Our transfer coaches help guests move away from charter flights with historically low loads (i.e. lots of empty seats) so that you can book scheduled airlines like EasyJet, Ryan Air, BA, Swiss etc. They also encourage travel to resort in one coach for 50 to 60 people rather than using a multiple of smaller taxis, minibuses or private hire cars.
Booking your flights
We can provide free transfers during our Earlybooker Period or low cost transfers after this period has ended. Therefore, you simply need to book your flights to Geneva from your favourite UK airport. Our transfers run in fixed slots so remember to allow yourself plenty of time incase of delays as we cannot always hold our transfer coaches for delayed arrivals. We would advise allowing between 2 and 3 hours between scheduled flight arrivals and our transfer coach departure times; and 2 to 3 hours between scheduled flight departures and our transfer coach arrival time at Geneva for your return flight home, remembering that travel delays can occur in peak periods or inclement weather.
On arrival in Geneva our transfer team will be there to help anyone booked onto our complimentary transfers. And then when you get to resort, our super team of staff will be ready and waiting with a warm welcome. Please also be aware of our check in and check out times.
Helpful travel information

Passports
Guests travelling to Europe must have passports issued less than 10 years before the date they enter the destination country and valid for at least 3 months after the day they plan to leave.
Please get insured!
It is a condition of booking with us that you and your party each have adequate travel/medical insurance which includes Medical cover to at least 5 million, search and rescue cover and that it states you are covered for winter sports and the summer sports you intend to take part in.
We also recommend you consider cover for holiday cancellation and curtailment; lost, stolen or un-used extras, ski equipment, hire bikes and valuables; travel disruption to include missed flights and transfers; weather disruption to include lift, trail and ski piste closures, including instances of adverse weather and lack of snow cover.
EHIC
Leaving the EU means that the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) is being phased out. When your EHIC expires you will need to replace it with a Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC). This should also cover you for medical treatment in EU countries but neither card is a replacement for good sports travel insurance.
