More about what we include...

Complimentary airport transfer

We offer complimentary airport transfers (to and from Geneva) for all catered ski holidays starting December 2025. Transfers for the 24/25 season now have a small charge (for holidays booked after Sept 2). Our transfer service leaves you free to book your own flights from your favourite UK airport - knowing that we’ll take care of the rest. Check our accommodation pages to see which properties come with free transfers.

Complimentary airport transfers that are provided as standard with many accommodations are a ‘minor’ item and do not constitute a package.

Your accommodation

Our hosts will have your chalet or hotel ready for your check-in time. Your bedrooms are made, (of course!), a thorough deep clean is done and an afternoon tea will be served. You can expect a few more special touches to make your chalet a cosy home-from-home.

A warm welcome

We like to start your holiday the right way! There’s always a Bubbly reception with our welcome meeting - when you arrive - which is also when we deliver your lift passes and help you with your ski or board hire fitting (booked with us). For early arrivals, we can also deliver extra half day passes if you want to ski on arrival day; or just take it easy, wander around the resort and enjoy the atmosphere before afternoon tea and cakes are served and then dinner at 8pm.

Nb. Catering excludes Self Catered properties

Your chalet host and reps

Our super friendly staff are all highly-motivated with mountain air in their blood. We give them the training they need to make sure you have a brilliant time. Don’t just take our word for it though: last year 96% of our customers rated our staff as ‘Excellent’

Delicious breakfasts

Start your day the right way with a breakfast fit for a (snow) king or queen. Each morning you’ll enjoy a hearty breakfast with a mouth-watering continental selection each day and cooked options on some days.

Afternoon tea and homemade cakes

Nothing beats a freshly-baked cake and afternoon tea when you get back in from the slopes, which you’ll be able to tuck into on six days of your stay. Each of our chalets has its own supply of fresh coffee on tap to help you stay suitably caffeinated throughout your holiday.

Your evening meal

In the evenings we’ll tease your taste buds with a delicious three-course menu, accompanied by some lovely free-flowing wines in our chalets. All this is served on six nights of your stay, leaving you free to explore the local restaurants on the staff's night off.

Our ‘On the Snow’ Service

If you book your ski or board hire, lift passes and lessons with us, then not only will you benefit from our offers, but you can also receive our ‘On the Snow’ service in resort, which gives you help with your lessons, lift pass and hire packs. We don’t include our service for hire booked through Alpinresorts, which is self administering.
