Our Chalet & Hotel Holidays Include:

• Your chalet or hotel accommodation
• YFree or Low Cost airport transfers to and from your chalet or hotel (Geneva airport)
• Breakfast each day
• Freshly baked cakes for Afternoon Tea  (6 days)
• 3 course evening meals (6 nights)
• Red and white wine with dinner (chalets only)
• Tea, hot chocolate and fresh coffee all day
• Celebration menus at Christmas and New Year
• Bedrooms made up for your arrival
• Your property fully deep-cleaned to Covid safety standards for your arrival (check-in time)
• Chalet entrance clear of snow and the heating set comfortably for your arrival.
• Chalet host on-site for your arrival and each morning and evening except staff days off (normally Wednesday) 
• 24/7 support from your resort manager
• All properties are Wi-Fi enables or have 4g routers
• A Welcome Pack (on arrival) will include any pre-booked lift passes and vouchers for your ski school and equipment hire.
• An Alpine Elements Ski Rep is on hand between 8-6pm, 7 days a week for help with your ski extras and general holiday requirements. Ski Reps are Virtual Reps, contactable by phone and email
• Our ‘On the Snow’ programme gets you on the snow faster!
• Bathrooms supplied with a bath towel per guest, hand towels and a bath mat
• Welcome toiletries in your bathroom
• Log fire prepared and lit each evening (where available, subject to weather)
• Daily clean of chalet public areas (bedrooms cleaned once a week, on request)
• Snow cleared throughout the week
• End of stay cleaning
