You can join us to road cycle in any week of the season, but for all weeks in June and September we are offering an optional road bikers package where, instead of the activities, we will give you a few essential services to help you enjoy the local cycling. This will be things like vehicle support when you are out riding and a free airport transfer for your bike (and you!). We’ll also have in-house mechanics on hand to help you with any bike issues which are free for the first hour.
You can enjoy road cycling all summer long, but for specific weeks in June and Sept when the roads are quieter, we will operate our Road Cycle Weeks which have a few little extras (namely vehicle support) in the Hotel Philibert and Chalet Philibert. In all other weeks that we don’t run a dedicated package with vehicle support - you can still get a discount for opting out of the activities with Active Lite.
Look for our Road Cycle Enabled Hotel Philibert and Chalet Philibert over the weeks of June 14, June 21, Aug 30, Sept 6.
During our Road Cycle Weeks, a support vehicle will be made available should you, or your bike need picking up. These carry tools and spares, refreshments and even (on occasion) yourself. It means you can ride safely in the knowledge that if you get a problem on the road with your hardware and you can’t deal with it, then we can come and fix it, or pick you up.
For all other weeks of the season, outside of June and Sept, you can stay in any of our properties and enjoy road cycling. We won’t be able to give you our Road Cycling Package with vehicle support, but we can give you a nominal discount if you prefer not to take the activities by taking Active Lite.
